When you subscribe to either the standard or preferred plan, everyone in your household is included for one low monthly price. There is a one-time $5.95 application fee when you subscribe. You'll find there are no contracts, no pre-payment fees of any kind or doctor consultation fees, and you can discontinue your subscription at any time.
